Day 4 - To Serengeti!
Day 4 was mostly driving to Serengeti National Park. On our way, we made a few stops, though...
This is the Ngorogoro Crater. We will have a chance to go down there in a few days.
The Olduvai Gorge, host of an important archeological site for human evolution.
A Maasai tribe village. The Maasai still live according to their oldest traditions and are semi-nomadic. Part of their culture includes cattle keeping and polygamy.
The kitchen of a Maasai house. Their homes are very simple and hold one room with the kitchen and bed divisons.
A herd of wildebeests during migration in Serengeti.
A Marabou stork.
End of day four.
*Our whole trip was organized by Base Camp Tanzania and we had a wonderful time!*
