*Our whole trip was organized by Base Camp Tanzania and we had a wonderful time!*
Early rise to drive around the famous Ngorongoro Crater before heading back to Karatu for the night.
The elephant having it's breakfast.
A couple of zebras taking it easy.
Two ostriches, a dark male and a paler female.
An eland, another specie of antelope.
More elephants under the shade of the treesé
Wildebeests resting.
A hippo.
A rhinoceros, the first we've seen so far.
The lake in the crater is the home of hundreds of flamingoes.
Here's a hyena taking a walk.
More hyenas, a family, enjoying the sun.
Finally, some lions! They were quite far, but we can still see them clearly enough. Here's the male.
And his harem of females!
